View 3d Animals with Google

What are Google ARVR – 3D animals? ARVR stands for (Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality)… Whether you have kids are you’re a kid at heart you have to check this out!  From your smartphone; type certain animal names into Google, then scroll down a bit, Google puts 3D animals and other viewable AR objects towards the top of the search, you will see “View in 3D”. It opens your camera and seconds later you have an alligator or tiger in your house, the 3D animals move, saunter, slither and swim! I’ve put together this list of as many Google 3D animals as I could find, (please let me know any I’m missing, I will update as I find more).

Other Google Search AR Objects

Google has partnered with a variety of websites, that allow viewers to see many other awesome AR objects including products, furniture, planets, and the human body.

  • Human Body
  • NASA objects
  • Planets
    • Earth
    • Jupiter
    • Mars
    • Mercury
    • Neptune
    • Pluto
    • Saturn
    • Uranus
    • Venus

Really awesome since some of these animals you would not want to get around in person, but now you can! hehe.

My kids go crazy laughing when they see the 3D animals, my youngest thinks the animals are invisible in real life but the phone makes them visible LOL.
